Mik has worked in the music industry for more than twenty years. Starting off working in record stores, he then moved onto magazines, where he has worked as reviews editor and freelance writer. From there Mik moved into distribution, working for North West Music and from there took the step into label management , including stints at Koch, Proper Music and RSK.

Mik has worked on campaigns with a wide range of artists over the years, including Thin Lizzy, Firewind, Alex Skolnick (Testament), Gus G, Freak Kitchen, Accept, Nervecell, Reckless Love, Arthemis, Deadly Circus Fire, Hellfighter, Primitai, and Akercocke, to name a few…
